The NBA playoffs are underway, and sportsbooks in Tennessee are taking bets.
The local Memphis Grizzlies are in the mix, trying to capture the NBA title. At FanDuel, one of two sportsbooks to partner with the Grizzlies for marketing purposes, the team is +13000 as of Monday morning to win it all later this summer.
The 8th-seeded Grizzlies, as eight-point underdogs, upset the top-seeded Utah Jazz in Game 1 of their series on Sunday night. The Jazz are +800 to win the chip, the sixth best odds among the teams remaining in the hunt for the trophy.

The Brooklyn Nets remain the favorite at +210.
Like the Grizzlies, the Boston Celtics and New York Knicks are +13000. Only the Washington Wizards at +25000 have longer futures odds for the 2021 NBA title.
Fans of the Grizzlies could put money on the team to simply win the Western Conference, listed at +2400.
Series against the Jazz
Despite winning Game 1 on Sunday night, the Grizzlies are still a +250 underdog at the FanDuel online/mobile sportsbook to advance past the Jazz, who are -325.
There are also markets on the number of games the series will go, as well as the exact series outcome. You can bet on a Grizzlies clean sweep at +2400. The Jazz to shake off the Game 1 loss and win the next four games and take the series 4-1 is +280.
The Grizzlies are still significant underdogs despite Sunday’s unexpected performance.
